EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of January 15, 2026,
by and between TechCorp Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of New York
("Employer"), and Jordan Mitchell ("Employee").
1. POSITION AND DUTIES
Employee is hired as Senior Software Developer and shall perform such duties as
are customarily associated with such position and such other duties as may be
assigned by Employer from time to time.
2. COMPENSATION
Employer shall pay Employee an annual base salary of Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars
($85,000), payable in equal bi-weekly installments.
3. TERM AND PROBATION

period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date.
4. NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
Employee agrees that for a period of twenty-four (24) months following termination
of employment, Employee shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business that
